PrayerMade includes built-in support tools. Inside the app, you can:
Report a bug — Let us know if something isn't working right
Request a feature — Tell us what you'd like to see added
Submit a support request — Get help with your account or app issues
Open the app and navigate to Help & Support to submit a request directly.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open the app, go to your profile, and tap "Restore Purchases" on the upgrade screen. This will restore any active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account. Go to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find PrayerMade, and tap Cancel. You can cancel anytime and continue using Premium features until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app by going to Help & Support > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. You can also contact us at support@prayermade.app to request deletion.
Is my data private?
Yes. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. Your prayers and intentions are processed securely to generate personalized content. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What's included in PrayerMade Premium?
Premium unlocks unlimited prayers, all 6 prayer styles, scripture weaving, rewrite and refine, personalized reflections, personal notes, and unlimited reminders. Free users get 1 prayer per day with audio playback, a prayer journal, and favorites.
I'm having trouble with the app. What should I do?
Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. If the issue persists, email us at support@prayermade.app with a description of the problem and we'll help you out.
